Until then, we'll gradually see heat and humidity build back into Connecticut. Temperatures tonight will only drop into the 60s as winds die down and a few clouds move overhead.

Temperatures will warm further into the 80s tomorrow, but humidity should stay on the lower side through much of Saturday. We'll see a bit more cloud cover tomorrow ahead of a slight chance for rain late in the day.

The best chance for rain comes on Sunday morning, and we could begin the day with a few rumbles of thunder. After the rain moves out, humidity will stick around as temperatures warm to near 90 degrees. That heat index will start to move closer to the triple digits.

Temperatures could feel like up to 110 degrees at times next week. Actual temperatures could warm to near 100 degrees on Monday and Tuesday. If it does at Bradley International Airport, it would be the first time since July 21st, 2019 AND only the third time to ever do so in the month of June.
